Job Description
Cooperate with the CEO preparing monthly financials’ statements and performance report that includes operational KPIs’. He will be responsible for preparing accounting policies and procedures, Control Cash, track receivables collection, watching the inventory level to minimize the stock to the lowest level and increase the DPO. Corporate governance oversight and strike the balance between stewardship and business partnership.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting
- Develops accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis, and recommendations for strategic thinking and direction, and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information, and advising departments on the collection and analysis of data.
- Minimizes legally required taxes by studying regulations, presenting tax strategies to management, and filing returns.
- Maximizes sales margins by recommending product and service pricing policies.
- Minimizes inventory level and recommends reordering points.
- Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
- Hiring, training, and retaining competent Finance Dep. staff
- Annual Board report preparation.
- Strong Treasury background and facility structures.
- Highly skilled in financing rate reduction. Know how?
- Loans management, Tracking, Reduction, and reporting.
- Working Capital control and alarming tools.
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the company’s CEO and follow up on their operating cost monthly.
- Cooperate with the GCFO in all financials aspects.
- Develop and improve the finance staff skills and engagement.
Key Competencies Required:
- CPA, CMA or any relevant professional certificate is an advantages
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 15 years’ experience at least the last three years in the same position (CFO)Fluent English (writing & speaking)Good Accounting Knowledge and Analytical Skills.Expert in MSO Super Excel Skills, Macro, Formulas, and graphics is a must.
- Excellent Communication skills (Oral & writing).
- ERP deep experience such as Oracle, SAP and/or MS Dynamic
Organization Structure / Job Dimension:
- The Role reports directly to the GCFO. With direct line to the company CEO.
- The role holder will interact mainly with the following business stakeholders:
- BOD.
- Executive management team.
- operational officers.
