HR Manager

Job Description

Requirement of HR Manager for well-known distributor FMCG in Qatar specially DPH (Detergent perfumes and Hygiene) and cosmetics (soap, Body spray, Roll on shampoo, conditioner, and hair color).

Requirements:-

1. Graduate (Post Graduate in Management is Preferred)
2. 6 Years plus Experience in a relative field
3. Age 25-35 Years
4. Gulf working Experience (Preferable)
5. Excellent Communication Skills
6. Language Known: English, Hindi, (Arabic-Optional) (HR Manager)

Responsibilities:-
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Work both HR, PR & Admin Position.

Education: –
Graduate or Post Graduate in Management is Preferred.
Have a bachelor’s degree with knowledge of HR Policies
Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Knowledge of ERP Software.
